Join Author Jason Irby for the Arkansas Heritage Celebration of Black History Month

Join author Jason Irby for the Arkansas Heritage Celebration of Black History Month on February 27, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Hillary Rodham Clinton Children’s Library and Learning Center located at 4800 W. 10th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.  There will be a dynamic lineup of presenters from around the state, including:

  • Judge Don Glover – Dermott
  • The Ira Tillman Sr. Family – Gould
  • Veatrice Barnes – Wabbaseka
  • Pat Johnson – Pocahontas
  • Media Wilkins – Little Rock
  • Tatyana Oyinloye – Little Rock

Five recipients will receive the “Legend Among Us” award. A reception will immediately follow at the UALR District Partnership office.  The event is presented by the Jason Irby Innovation Foundation and is sponsored in part by the Office of Campus Life College of Sciences and Communication.
