Author Jason Irby to present the Seventh (7th) Annual Arkansas Heritage Celebration of Black History Month, “Legends Among Us” recognition.
The event will take place on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Hillary Rodham Clinton Children’s Library and Learning Center located at 4800 W. 10th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
