Author Jason Irby will recognize Muskie Harris at the Eighth (8th) Annual Arkansas Heritage Celebration of Black History Month “Legend Among Us” presentation.
The event will take place on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. until noon at the Hillary Rodham Clinton Children’s Library and Learning Center located at 4800 W. 10th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Muskie Harris is selected as a Legend Among Us among our 2023 Legend Among Us recipients.
Muskie Harris has been on our radar for a couple of years. He is a first in several categories. His achievements in athletics, politics, business and community engagement has propelled Muskie into an exclusive class of pacesetters and social servicers.
As one reads his life work and story, it is realized that through his challenges and endurance he has emerged a Legend.

The Eighth (8th) Annual Arkansas Heritage Celebration of Black History Month will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will end at noon to be followed by a Black History Program presented by the Central Arkansas Library System.
