Author Jason Irby to present the Fifth Annual Arkansas Heritage Celebration of Black History Month, “Legends Among Us” recognition and Art Contest. This year’s theme is Return of the Legends.
“You don’t want to miss this dynamic event as we showcase the awesome accomplishments of African Americans who live and grew up in Arkansas,” says Irby. “We will recognize the 2020 Legends Among Us recipients and the previous Legends Among Us recipients will join in the celebration as well.
